Hot breakfast to Go! (or eat this instead of a bagel & a shmear)

Tonight let’s prepare healthy brown bags of food forĀ a week at the office, shall we? Well dear readers it’s been over a month and I’m still sticking with healthy eating. The end goal will be to lose lots of weight of course but first let’s rid this Pillsbury Doughboy body of sugar and carb cravings (like a smoker who must drink a lot of water to rid their body of the nicotine) ….
